Cancellation Policy

Booking & Results Policy 1. All Sales Are Final To maintain the integrity of our strategy sessions and the custom work involved, no refunds will be issued for any reason. By booking, you are committing to the work required to grow your business. 2. No Cancellations We do not offer cancellations. Your payment secures a dedicated block of time on the calendar that is removed from public availability. 3. Rescheduling Policy Life happens. You can reschedule your session for free up to 24 hours before our start time using the link in your confirmation email. Note: Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice are not permitted and will result in the forfeiture of your session fee. 4. The 30-Day "Sales Sprint" Guarantee I am invested in your success. If you implement the specific file settings, product optimizations, and shop strategies we develop during our 60-minute session and do not generate at least one sale within 30 days, I will issue you a $75 credit toward a follow-up "Deep Dive" session. To claim your credit: You must provide proof (screenshots/links) that you applied the changes discussed during our call. The Goal: This is not a "get out of jail free" card; it is a safety net to ensure we find the winning formula for your shop. 5. Technical Requirements It is your responsibility to have a working internet connection and access to Zoom/FaceTime at the time of our call. Please have your files or shop links ready to screen-share to maximize our time.
